As part of its continued growth, it is now seeking a Senior Manager, Decision Support, to work in one of its highest performing divisions.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will manage a team of 10 staff that deliver value-add strategic and specialist advice to business heads. Your key objectives are to:

• Drive the development of key business partnerships
• Deliver meaningful, accurate and timely financial information/analysis to relevant stakeholders
• Provide advice on actual performance and investigate and explain variances from budgets and forecasts
• Drive the delivery of financial models/databases
• Provide advice on business cases and support the development of key business projects
• Drive core projects and process improvement initiatives across the team

To be successful in this role you will be a career focussed individual with a demonstrable track record of leading a team in a business partnering, value-add finance capacity within the financial services sector.
