As one of Australia’s most recognised brands with a mandate for investment for the future, a high profile opportunity now exists for an experienced Program Director to manage a major strategic initiative.

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of the implementation of strategic process changes across the group that will ultimately improve the organisation’s business and risk decisions. You will be responsible for managing key stakeholders across a large and complex environment to ensure the Program is successful in its delivery of business outcomes. Your multiple project teams’ accountabilities will include process improvement, new process implementation , change management and communications to name a few.

To be considered for this pivotal lead role, you will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of delivering similar programs of work with a minimum cost of $10m whereby the program life cycle was over 12 months. In addition your expertise includes running multiple streams of projects within a program that has had a high volume or staff resources allocated to the program, virtual or otherwise.
