As part of a major transformation the role of PMO & Business Analysis Manager has been created.

Reporting to the CIO, the Manager PMO & Business Analysis acts as the interface between the business and IS providing services to the business during project definition and delivery. This is a green-field role and as such will be responsible for establishing the PMO function, the team and methodology. The PMO Manager will be responsible for being the lynchpin between the business and technology working with project teams and business clients to deliver business enabling solutions.

To be successful in this you need strong experience and deep understanding of project management coupled with highly developed leadership and influencing skills. You will have a track record of coaching Project Managers and Business Analysts and embedding BA and project methodologies. You will need highly honed influencing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Previous experience in PMO establishment will be highly regarded as will experience in an industrial or industrial services sector.
