This position will see you leading a team responsible for delivering an effective and sought after service which results in regulatory and industry compliance being sustainable, credible and valued by the business.

You will manage a structured approach to the monitoring of the compliance requirements and raise awareness of and develop solutions for compliance issues affecting the business. To be eligible for this key position you will have demonstrated skills in leading a highly energised team and the ability to articulate the future visions. You will have strong stakeholder management skills, a high level strategic focus and the ability to influence individuals and outcomes. You will also have previous experience in a senior compliance role within the banking arena specifically in the financial markets sector.
