Reporting into the CEO of this leading and high-profile not-for-profit, you will join a recognised contributor to Australian and Global Arts and Culture. This is a prestigious brand and a senior appointment.

As the Business Services Director you will report into the CEO and play a key role in the leadership committee. Your remit will cover Finance, IT, Administration and Strategy; supported by a team of 4 direct reports. The challenge in the role will be to manage a high profile board, the auditors and ensure full compliance whilst adding value and driving positive change.

You will be a technically robust manager (CA/CPA) experienced in compliance and managing change. Your communication skills are essential as you will need to build effective working relationships with all levels of staff and present full and complex board reports. Experience within the commercial sector is looked upon favourably and a “can do” attitude is key in making a success of this challenging and varied role.
